Yes, joining our All Global Circle Community is completely free. You will never be asked to buy anything from us or our clients at any time.

If you were charged a fee to join our community, it was from a third-party and not a fee charged by All Global Circle. To discuss any fees you have paid, you will need to contact the third-party directly.

If you are unable to complete the registration process in one sitting for any reason, you will need to wait at least 48 business hours to registration again.

It is best to wait to until you have enough time to complete the process all at once as the system doesn't allow you to pick up where you left off.

Once you have completed the registration form and confirmed your email address, we will contact you either via email or phone to verify your credentials and may ask you to provide additional information. The more information we have regarding your professional status, the more relevant the studies we will invite you to participate in will be. Our studies tend to focus on specific disease and therapy areas as well as the treatment of particular patients and the use of particular products. The studies at All Global Circle are always relevant to the Healthcare Sector. Most studies are carried out online, but occasionally also telephone interviews are offered.

We will utilize your profiling data to select appropriate studies for you to participate in. You will be asked questions related to your specialty/specialties and the therapy and disease areas you practice in. Studies may focus on prescribing habits, clinical outcomes, patient chart history or unmet needs - to name a few examples.

As an All Global Circle member you have the opportunity to ensure that your voice is heard, you will help to shape the healthcare sector and help to bring the most needed and effective products to the market.

You will be invited to participate in studies as they become available for individuals with your interests and professional experience. Our aim is to offer you the opportunity to participate in interesting research studies that match your area of expertise.

When we are able to do so, we rotate who we invite to participate in studies to ensure that members are not overburdened whilst not missing out on study opportunities.

These studies can be completed at your convenience, from any computer with an Internet connection. You are under no obligation to participate in All Global Circle studies.

The number of questions varies from one study to another and we try to keep it as short as possible - although we have to make sure the results are meaningful.

Any study made available to you for participation will include details of the length of interview on your dashboard.On average, it should take around 30 minutes to fill in your answers for most studies.

The honorarium amount per study varies depending on the topic and length of interview, but will be mentioned upfront, within each study invitation.

The honorarium for each completed study is uploaded to your All Global Circle member account. The honorarium is awarded in the currency of the country where the healthcare professional who completes the study resides. Only completed studies are eligible for the honorarium award.

Please note that for some of our studies, you may experience a slight delay in the honorarium being uploaded into your All Global Circle account. However, you should see the honorarium no later than 2 weeks from when you completed the study.

Our members will receive honorarium payments for successfully completing studies. Account log in

If you are unable to login to your All Global Circle account, please use the "Forgot your password" option and reset your password. Once you have done so, clear your cache/cookies and try logging in again.

If you continue to experience issues logging in after following the above process, please contact us via Help Centre.

Be sure to provide your full name, the email address you have registered with, and a screenshot/complete description of the error message received when trying to access your account, is very helpful to us.

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password" link on the login page and follow the instructions on the screen. You will need to provide the email address that you registered with in order to reset your password.

Once you submit your registered email address, we will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Please check all your email folders for the email message, spam/junk included, and follow up as soon as you receive your message: for security purposes the password reset link expires 10 minutes after it is sent, and can be used just once.

Make sure to clear the cache of your browser and/or use a different browser when you try to log in again after resetting your password.

Always use unique passwords utilizing a mix of letters and other characters. Password requirements are:

Study invitations are sent to our members depending on the information provided in their profile. You will receive new invitations once new studies become available matching your profile.

If a particular study question does not provide answer options that apply to you, select the one that seems closest to your opinion and proceed with the study. If you do not feel comfortable selecting from the options available, please feel free exit the study. Your participation is always voluntary and you may exit any study at any time.

The frequency to which you are invite to our studies is dependent on the information you have provided in your Personal, Professional and Medical Expertise Profiles. Keeping this information up to date allows us to select studies that are relevant to you and increase your chances of receiving study invitations.

To ensure you receive our study invitations, please make sure you add us to your "Known or approved senders" list. Most e-mail clients allow you to set this through email Options, Tools and/or Filters menu. By adding @allglobalcircle.com, you ensure that all study invitations will reach you.

Honoraria

The honorarium for some All Global Circle studies, such as studies involving patient charts and telephone interviews, are delayed as the data needs to be manually reviewed. For these studies, please allow a full 4-6 weeks for the honorarium to be credited to your All Global Circle account.

For any other type of study, the honorarium is credited shortly after completing the study. If you did not receive your honorarium after completing a study in full, please contact us via Help Centre.Please make sure to provide us with the study number and title to help us research this for you.

The balance in your All Global Circle account does not expire. However, we recommend you redeem your cash balance regularly.

Study issues

If you are having difficulties accessing a study we recommend you to clear the cache of your browser and/or use a different browser and then try to enter it again.

If you continue experiencing issues when trying to access the study, please contact us via Help Centre so the issue can be escalated further. Providing also a screenshot and/or description of the error message received would help in resolving the issue.

Please note that study links become inactive when studies are closed.

Occasionally we get overwhelming and quick responses to studies and we have to close them quickly, as we already have the necessary responses required. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

If you experience a study has closed, please don’t worry, you will receive more studies soon!

For online studies, the honorarium is credited shortly after completing the study. If you received a "session expired" message and did not receive your honorarium after completing the study in full, please contact us via Help Centre. Please make sure to provide us with the study number and title in order to investigate the issue.

Please know that all our studies are audited once they close, this ensures that all members who completed the study will be credited as promised.

In order to protect the integrity of the data, studies will not allow you to go back and correct or change a previous answer.

If you are able to continue on with the study, please continue participating. If you are unable to continue, please just exit the study.

The blank screen you have encountered can be the result of heavy user traffic within the study or connection issues between servers. It can take a few seconds for a study page to load, depending on the number of members trying to access the site simultaneously.

Our best advice is to refresh the page or simply complete the study at a later time.

Make sure you have answered all of the questions on the page. Sometimes the question and answer table is larger than the screen and you need to navigate with the scroll bar to view the entire page. Once you have answered all questions click on the NEXT button at the bottom of the screen to go to the next question.

Most of our studies will allow you to stop and re-start during participation long as the study did not close in the meantime.

To re-enter the study, click on the link within the original email that you received or click on the link that is available within the studies section of our All Global Circle member portal.

A small percentage of studies have to be completed in one sitting but this will be communicated to the participants in the invitation email as well as at the beginning of the study.

Certain questions must be answered before you can continue to the next question or section.

If you have answered all the questions on the page and this message is still occurring, check for a scroll bar somewhere on the page. It may be that not all the questions are able to be viewed at one time on your screen. In this case, please use the scroll bar to move the page to be able to complete the study.

Once an order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation message that will provide you with your order number. You will also receive an email sent to your inbox.

When a PayPal order is placed you will receive a confirmation email directly from PayPal within two weeks. The content of the email will confirm the amount of funds transferred to your account, your rewards order number, and PayPal transaction ID.
